Robot Structural Optimization Based on Computer Intelligent Image

In order to solve the problems of low degree automation, difficult identification picking objects, and large damage in traditional fruit vegetable operations, author proposes a robot structure optimization method based on computer intelligent images. This introduces imaging technology, examines principle technology as in-depth study completes mechanical design selected robot, optimizes all hardware models choice robot. At same time, image acquisition system, module, execution module are designed; finally, information processing flow is completed, simulation experiment carried out. Experimental results show that experiments with 166, 142, 165 tomato numbers, accuracy rates were over 96%. Conclusion. The images has simple structure, high recognition targets, less safety stability, great promotion value.
